Good for home decor, some minor issues
I ordered a couple of their artificial plants and a 'Serenity Blossom' wall art piece last month. The ordering process was straightforward on their site, pretty easy to navigate. Delivery took about 7 days to reach me in California, which was within their estimated window. The artificial plants look surprisingly good for the price, quite realistic. The wall art, however, had a tiny scuff on one corner, nothing major but noticeable if you look closely. I didn't contact support as it was minor. Overall, happy with the items and the packaging was secure, no breakages. They have a nice range of unique items.
Pretty planters, slow shipping
I bought two ceramic planters and a set of solar lights. The planters are really lovely, good quality ceramic and exactly as pictured. The solar lights work well too. My main gripe was the shipping; it took 10 days to get here in Texas, which felt a bit long. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, though, which was good. I'd shop here again for their unique items, but I'll make sure I'm not in a hurry.
